Three brands, one design language. Three codebases, one set of conventions. This is what ecosystem-level engineering looks like, and it's only possible because the same studio built all three.
One design system
Cormorant Garamond + Plus Jakarta Sans + JetBrains Mono. Navy #0c1e33, gold #d6b059 used sparingly, cream #f0ede6 over navy. The same tokens render across a Liquid storefront, a Next.js marketing site, and a React Native warehouse app.
One motion language
Spring config: damping 20, stiffness 180. Not bouncier (cheap), not stiffer (mechanical). Scroll-triggered fades, staggered reveals, gold-shimmer headline accents. Used with restraint, never as decoration.
Shared tooling
TypeScript end to end where possible. Zod for runtime validation. Drizzle for database access. The Safer brand-typography.css and silicon-valley.css are reused IP, written once and consumed by every property.
Cross-property handoffs
A contractor approved on Safer Lighting flows into Safer Inventory. The Safer Electric AI chatbot routes fixture inquiries to Safer Lighting. The properties amplify each other instead of competing. That's the whole point of an ecosystem.
