How much does this cost?+
Per-role engagement, usually between $1.5K and $5K depending on how senior the role is and how niche the talent pool. Far less than the percentage of first-year salary a traditional recruiter charges.
Can you hire for trades roles, not just office jobs?+
Yes. We've helped fill electrical, warehouse, and skilled-trades roles. Different boards, different outreach channels, same approach to screening.
Do you guarantee a hire?+
We don't guarantee a hire because the final decision is yours and the candidate's. We do guarantee a shortlist of qualified candidates. If you don't hire from the first shortlist, we run a second round at no extra cost.
How long does it take?+
Most roles produce a strong shortlist within two to three weeks. Niche or senior roles take longer, and we'll tell you upfront if your budget or wage range isn't realistic for the market.
